Jason Turchin is an experienced attorney who has handled more than 4,000 cases throughout Florida, New York and Washington DC. After many years of handling personal injury and wrongful death cases, Jason expanded his practice to include probate, estate planning and wills. At the Law Offices of Jason Turchin, our goal is to provide Big Firm services with a Small Firm, personal touch.

Jason graduated from University of Miami School of Law and worked for attorney Roy Black during and following law school. He spent the next 6 years with Bernstein and Maryanoff, handling more than 1,000 cases at a time before opening his own firm.

He is admitted to practice in all Federal and State Courts in Florida and in New York and Washington, DC.

Jason and his wife are active in the South Florida community and established Betty Cares at Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation http://www.mchf.org to help provide support to caregivers of children who are sick, injured or disabled.
